REFUNDS & RETURNS
Because all items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are limited. However, we want you to love your purchase. Please review the following return guidelines:
1. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept general returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or damaged. Please carefully review sizing charts and product details prior to ordering.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a clear photo of the issue along with your order number. We will either:
- Offer a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed only for approved claims involving damaged or defective products. Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
In rare cases where a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs—unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Please review all personalized details carefully before submitting your order.
